While the ability of risk management, strategic management is all that makes from a leader a successful leader. How efficient is by designing strategy, making choices, engaging into action, thinking and doing out of the box.
Here emotional intelligence becomes an important field to measure, regarding individual ability to stand the reality of a situation to be faced, and lead at the same time.
There may be found some cultural deficiencies, there for, in a global entrepreneurial platform, cultural background (Corporate culture, family and nation culture, religious culture) is important to know, as it will create or limit leadership skills.
The ability to plan and adjust plans to reality, i think is also very important."
