Here my notes and reason, why it is so important to read this publication:
The epistemology role and function that have: a theory, hypothesis and a law in scientific research.
As well a direct review, example, on how perception can change completely the agreements set by a scientific community of a culture or age of human history.
Remarkable, the wisdom of life, expressed in biology systems, and why random events, in combination with DNA pre set conditions, history and individual choices, make out of biological processes a complex and advanced field of research, learning on nature laws, principles, rhythms and cycles and the human potential.
Yes, in biology one also study, observes, chemical and physics phenomena, yet, the study of biology gives is a more precise insight in the nature of life, individuals, culture, evolution.
May teachers at high schools, primary schools as well in universities and technical institutes, give full attention to this document. Clarity in the function of few words may create such a structure for perception, then as well for scientific research and education.
I wish this document to be shared, it is essential for modern scientists and technology innovation entrepreneurs.
In your publication there is a question given: can a scientist be efficient in research even while not having a clear understanding of the function of these three words:
I am certain, language creates perception and possibilities for perception. These three words describe each of them the function and purpose of what is described as hypothesis, theory and law. Then, to operate with them, apply them, as a result, will become a technical work, and strategic management of the use of the three of them is possible.
Without the correct understanding the the three of them, only un unclear path of application can unfold.
I feel glad for your publication as it direct review of the issue would help many of my students to find as well a direct path, a gravity force alignment (direction) for the development process of their research.
It is my perception that through biology and mathematics, scientific research developed in the field of behavior, will reach a new milestone through a review of the chemical and physical phenomena, through a new perspective of the phenomena observed. And all the way around, individual and culture behavior phenomena observed from the perspective of its symbolic representation, through phenomena observable in nature, will give a new insight into the fractal nature of all that is.
For example: water movement (Change) follows gravity. Water is utilized to represent emotions, feelings. Yet when those follow a purpose, an alignment, which becomes a gravitational centre or centre for movement (Change), then feelings and emotions that may be always in movement follow gravity. In this example water "behavior" will helps us represent emotional behavior, and a method for self-management : generate a gravity centre.
Language as a description tool and perception tool is awesome. An advanced emotional intelligence would be perceived for example through the individual ability of emotional self-management, self-management while emotions and feelings are un continues change. For example under crisis situations: war, natural disasters, sickness, emotional dramatic events, strategic sensitive events in business management, vulnerability, and others.
The randomness of emotional responses to life events, is apparently correlated to individuals pre set conditions: its biology. While by observing on single individual, one may be able to predict, under known conditions, a particular tendency for an emotional response. Yet, all that has been observed may change if the individual observed is educated in emotional self-management and perception (observation) of own emotions. Here again, how random the pre set conditions of individuals observed is (biology, history,culture..), so the complexity of their perception, and challenge in the field of emotional self-management. Then each individual or cultural group may have unique needs of training.
At this point, i would say every human, in this field, may be an exception. Then very difficult to create a mass production of a technology that operates on emotions and perception, unless one dedicated to create a standard of emotional response and perception in individuals.
I consider that natural development is the path to evolve, there for i wish scientist will keep on observing and less on developing technology or products for changing human nature. The condition of human emotions and perception, would be difficult to achieve, even by using language related tools like NLP and HDS, or CGE (Culture generation engines).
Can you imagine if the ability of perceiving meaning would have been conditioned in all human kind at the same time? How many mass produced products and services in the field of emotions and perception would have been made available to the market already ?
There is something strong in biology that help us realize the uniqueness of a complex phenomena, and why i appreciate so much biology, and ethology. It teaches about natural development, and the nature of life itself, and what may take place, as result, if humans act intrusively.

How many emotions can experience a human being ?
Does the number of them vary according to culture ?
How can one verify if the word assigned to one emotion in one culture means the same experience for another one ?
An example: When in extremely emotional leader initiates a quick start activity in phlegmatic? or any other type of emotion
The example touches directly the field of research and suggests indirectly why risk management needs to evolve with the topics of perception, emotional intelligence, self-knowledge and self-management.
1. The individual, if perceived by its own organization, community or culture, can we warned, on the nature of his/hers/its behavior, leadership. The warning may help the individual, person or A.I. on the potential consequences or implications.
2. The individual, may be capable of self-knowledge, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, perceive without blind spots the impact or effect of leadership style and nature of own decision making. Maybe for example as leader learned on own traits and created a protocol of security, based on a predicted behavior and risk management, that brings it to review of choices and process every season or 9 days. But maybe this individuals has not that kind of self-management protocol implemented.
3. A.I. will one day be able to simulate emotions, but as for my suggestion in this question, according to A.I. culture and how the A.I. programers defined emotions, A.I. in general will develop a new type of " emotions" not known yet by any human culture.
4. With the new A.I. to be developed based on DNA, and organic vessels, it will be possible, if cognition is used, to make possible "real" emotions, according to the complexity of the organic A.I. organism, to experience them and use them, yet the reality of this technology is the same as that of the general idea of A.I. above (3).
5. How many multicultural teams we have. The emotional complexity of a multicultural team cant be predicted by studies of emotions in single countries. Where teh leader in your example comes from, culture, the organization culture and the team culture. A foreign leader, with a multicultural team, living in a third type of culture country with different A.I. able to practice emotions, would be a complex territory.
There for i think it is essentially important to develop more knowledge and understanding on emotions, self-management and emotional intelligence. Applications for risk management.
Still, may search on the number of emotions and a method to register, observe them, identify them and process necessary to describe them is my next step

Is "1+1 = 2" an agreement or an objective reality ?
In relation to the history of math, an operator is in principle an agreement.
Can an agreement become a cultural deficiency for the scientific community? Back to the history of math: the creation of alternative math systems proof the fact that other forms of math has been necessary for the purpose of demonstrating or describing a theory or a natural phenomena.
Why a scientist would act in relation to an agreement as it would be an objective reality?
In how many cases decisions have been made based on scientist taking agreements as for objective realities?
Which is the role emotional intelligence and perception play in scientific research and in the scientific community culture ?
For instance: in order to understand what "1+1=2" is, we need to define 1, 2 and "+". Through a direct perception of one apple, two apples, we can agree on the meaning of the "+" operator.
Math as a language used for description may serve us well. But the definition of 1 may vary from an apple, to the definition of individuality, to sub atomic particles, to the conclusions of Schrödinger's cat experiment.
What means 1 ? The question is about what is being quantified and where the perception may fail (or if one has the technology necessary to perceive with accuracy).
Why could fail ? here is where i think the relationship between emotional intelligence and perception plays a meaningful role when the study of a perceivable reality/object/phenomena.
For example, if we consider observation of mechanical aspect of a "love relationship" we could agree that there are 2 individuals in a relationship. But if we intent to describe the different states of emotions, abilities of communication and collaboration at a given time in the relationships, according to the influence the menstrual cycle has in women, and its impact in those dynamics, we may agree there are 3 up to 9 "individuals" with given traits interacting in pairs. The perception of the number 2 failed, at the definition of the number 1.
Another example: Wave-Particle Duality. Albert Einstein. " "It seems as though we must use sometimes the one theory and sometimes the other, while at times we may use either. We are faced with a new kind of difficulty. We have two contradictory pictures of reality; separately neither of them fully explains the phenomena of light, but together they do."
Or for example:
How often medicine has dangerous side effects for women, for the simple reason that trials have not been done on women, with the good intention to protect them. A very important details has been misperceived with this decision made by "the scientific community" in general. DNA in men and women is different and is also present in every cell. If i reformulate my question: When is "1+1 = 2" an agreement or an objective reality ?
How the scientific community may agree on one perception, and have a blind spot in the other one, or other ones. When math (system) as a language is not able to describe all that is there or is perceivable or that has been perceived ?
think my question is not only about math as a language able to describe phenomena or theory.
For the purpose of comparison, indeed, 12=12 which would be the same as to say 1=1
In the example i described above, regarding gender and medicine, the perception agreement was that because both male and female have human DNA ( 1=1 ) the medicine will be tested only in men ( 2=1). Which created an error ( 2<>1) 2=1+1 .
In this cases, as i suggested, the object of observation assigned to "1" creates the final result.
I think numbers in this case, taken as for a language, mean something and are used in order to communicate, perception, that a culture or community will carry.
In that case the scientific community carry 2=1 for long time with several direct and collateral damage.
i suggest you consider just for the purpose of this question numbers as symbols, as words that content meaning, a meaning which vary according to context.
lets suggest that the context for each case of the examples of this question, means to quantify = define meaning, a different or unique type/class of object.
In this case we have:
numbers [ 1 = 1 always ]
numeric systems, numbers [ reality vary according to numeric system ]
DNA, species, male and female [ reality = 2 but perceived it as 1]
Wave, particle [ reality = 2,1 but perceived it as 1]
Nr of cats, Schoredinger [ "reality" = 2 but perceived it as 1]
A 3D image with tow different shadows (Image JPG) [ reality = 2+ but we refer to the object as 1]
3,4 and up to 9 phases of communication and emotional ability to interaction that are expressed in a woman, according to case, as influence of the menstrual hormonal changes, plus the male love partner [ reality = 2 ,3,5,9 but perceived as 2]
As you see, if you review the question and example, you will notice i intent to refer to the numbers and math as a language, not only for its calculating function, but for its power of communication, defining perception, and legacy.
In the case of the medicine example, DNA, scientist developed trials with males only. The legacy, later taken by the scientific community as a shared perception and eventually a cultural deficiency, was to think that DNA in all humans is the same or in other words to dont consider that because female DNA is not the same, the trials on male wouldnt be representative of the effects of the medicines in women: they took the number 1: to represent the totality of the human individual, while they had to give the value of two.
In few words it is not the calculation ability of math, but what we count, and how we assign a value (quantification) to the objects of perception, through counting. This is the first step. The second step for the purpose of this example is calculation, use of operators. First we assign to each number something to be calculated. If perception (of what is being calculated and how many of those are assigned to each number: 1=1, 2=1, 3=1, 9=2, and so on for the example) fails, there will be legacy. Then the calculation, description or demonstration made by math will have a relative value.
Maybe with this explanation i would inspire more our dialogue.

Intelligence & Consciousness terms in A.I.
Consider that all abilities of A.I. are preset, predicted by the algorithms that creates their engines or by the technology available.
For example: to create an engine that recognize smiles in photos, does not make the engine intelligent in recognition of emotions. That type of technology is an abuse of the term : Emotion Recognition, and Intelligence. Emotions can not be recognized just by a smile, the nature of emotion is human individual and culture is more profound. Yet, according to individual and human potential stage of development, skills, may be expressed or not with a variety of of signs, that a simplistic tool of image recognition can not reach.
In the following statement:
QUOTE " There are already AI machines who can feel their environment..."
the word "feel" refers to an ability we have studied in animals, humans, but as well identified similar "perception"or "interaction and response" abilities in plants, as well as at molecular level and between elements and materials.
On the other side, intelligence, in terms of A.I. may be ranked as ability of prediction an speed of processing. If an individual solve a problem quickly, normally is perceived by human culture as intelligent.
To "feel", does not imply consciousness, unless an intelligent presence behind the response-ability.
Yet, this statement may proof to be wrong if quantum physics scholars manage to find a path to verify that the reality is "pure consciousness based", which will made everything also A.I. conscious.
But i think that is not the aim of the question: If A.I. will be considered as conscious in the future.
Mechanical consciousness has been assigned as a quality of the brain, neural systems, or similar (i know there are several studied dedicated to the extension of the idea and mechanical location of consciousness, but mostly focus on the brain as its origin).
The following statement has become popular between philosophers and a question open for research and content of the words: intelligence and consciousness:
QUOTE: " The fact that the radio streams and intelligent discourse, does not mean that the machine of a radio has consciousness or is intelligent "
In other words, the fact there is a brain, that works, does not imply that intelligence or consciousness comes from the brain or is located in the brain.
But, i think in terms of a futurist perception of the research on consciousness, intelligence and human potential, science knows still very little, and actually, enquire help us review definitions and the use of terms, that can powerfully condition our perception and judgement on the value and impact, risk management, of what has been done, created, researched.

What means intelligence, when we are considering the design and creation of A.I. Engines.?

When one suggest the idea of creating artificial intelligence, one faces two challenging terms: artificial, and intelligence, plus the verb that is behind them: creation.
Is it possible to create intelligence?
What is intelligent? What means intelligence?
A dialogue that inspired reflection at the ResearchGate network brought to me the following 3 questions and a brief reflection onto intelligence:
1. Which are the traits or signs of intelligence?
2. Is the task of giving intelligence of an engine futile or there is any chance the human being would be able to create intelligence?
3. Does intelligences focus on survival or what is intelligence?
I would like through this reflection to suggest to the reader of this brief reflection, interested in A.I., Philosophy of science and Human Factor the following idea:
What about the idea that intelligence is defined by the ability of prediction, and that one of resilient and sustainable response-ability to given circumstances.
Responsibility you may consider to vary according to level of complexity the individual or collective would manage, for example: survival, supervival, leisure, wealth, progress, species survival, domination, control, advancement of culture, civilization...
Intelligence may be expressed according to level of complexity of a given circumstance and policy, what a given individual or collective consider to be important or perceive to be important or priority. Which at the same could be evaluated, if those choices are intelligent or not. How can we judge if a perception of the value and decision making to be made in a given circumstance, the choices of the individual are sign of having or lacking intelligence ?
You may consider, as i have done for primordial technology theta, gamification, human potential, stages of development, to create a score card. It means set levels of response-ability, according to a preset list of ïmportant" choices, for example: you may choose: species survival.
But that is for you maybe not important, not part of your policy, so you may prefer to choose: wealth generation, for example.
Or eventually progress, or evolution, or control, as the most important goal that an intelligent individual should have.
All is about your score card "intelligence" levels and your own policy.

A new phase of matter ? Time-Crystals have self-generated vibration? Do you know research on phases of matter? What are life and matter definitions ?

Within the field of traditional science, Biohacking, transhumanism, posthumanism, primordial futurist humanism? how would you define science, life and phases of matter? Why perception, language and definitions are so important for science?
Recently i did read a pop-online-magazine article that rise awareness on science and technology news, regarding the discovery of a newly perceived phase of matter: Time crystals
According to my understanding of this text, it suggests that crystals have a self-generating vibrational state, with no need of any additional energy input,
In the article i suggest you to read, is described and i understand it in this sense that vibration my take place in a particular phase of matter that enable a self-generated vibration.
wonderful! the first idea is how this phase of matter could be applied for transportation, and to avoid the need of fuel. New technologies appear in my futurist eye.
For my perception means a similar process as that one of organic development, at least the pattern of change in time and the self-generating principle. Yet this one is about movement.
Interesting that the limits of what we consider organic and not organic has been changing in time, definition and limits, more our understanding of the phaces of matter change, evolve, and deeper we understand what life really is.
If the perception of scientific researchers has been limited or structured by definitions of what will be perceived, would that change the outcome, the description of the perception experience?
What is matter? at the end? What is life at the end?
In the transhumanist, posthumanist studies the definition of life, human, matter and consciousness will meet the edges of traditional perceptions.
In a futurist primordial humanist perception, i would suggest that life=consciousness=all that is. While am i too far with this statement in the world of philosophy or too close to the new discoveries of the mechanically verified science?
The research on phases of matter is as important as that one of subatomic particles, mostly those developed by CERN for example.
Where do both meet? at the Nano-Tech lab? At the A.I. Lab? at the Bio-DNA Tech lab?
All we have learn from nature, its principles, rhythms, cycles, laws, bring us closer to all that nature can create, through natural evolution, and to all that human technology can trigger in nature or recreate in nature, out of intervention and hybridization that otherwise without the human element wouldnt take place by accident or luck. Yet, human creations are the other side of the equation of life.
Why this discovery bring us closer to the creation of life? or living self-generating "organisms'"? Why movement that self-generates is so important for life?
Time-Crystals have self-generated vibration?
Do you know research on phases of matter?
What are life and matter definitions utilized by traditional scientific research?
Is the scientific community ready to expand its perception and definitions, use of language=perception? to new possibilities?
At the end, that is exactly what science is about, isnt it? To reach the final destination, the understanding and knowledge or reality, starting by the reality one creates through language and perception. But yet verified by mechanical scientific research.

How far is science from the discovery of 9 phases of matter described by the ancient world? or the 5 platonic phases of matter? The spheres of the ancient elements, primordial archetypes and the old principles of alchemy?
Would modern alchemists, scientists and technologist would finally discover how to transform any element into gold?
Along my studies of the i ching theta, i have reviewed the 3, 6 and 9 ancient, primordial elements and their relationship with social human life fields of activities, human perception and language, yet, how far is science to discover nature of "the magnetic fluids" (and the phases of matter, and the nano-structure) these ancient elements represent? and the rules or patterns that define their intelligent behavior?
Maybe we will need to wait not that long for more. While new definitions for matter, phases, and life, consciousness and intelligence will be necessary, which is i feel, the direction biohacking is also going to.
